If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact the office during our regular business hours and allow us 48 hours notice so that we may offer your appointment to patients on our waiting list.
Failure to give us a 48 hour notice will result in a “No Call – No Show” charge for your missed appointment
If you are an existing patient, and are experiencing pain, discomfort, neurological symptoms, or incision-related problems, please call our 24 hour answering service to be connected with the on-call physician. In some cases, patients may be asked to report to the nearest emergency room.
Please allow 48 hours for prescription refills. Such requests are to be submitted by the pharmacy only.
